State Service on Property Issues

We have developed a citizen reception and employee service control system at the Real Estate Services Space under the State Real Estate Service.

The features of the system are as follows:

  • Reception of the citizen with an ID card and referral to the relevant service desk;
  • Calling ID card data from the IAMAS system and displaying it on relevant monitors;
  • Setting up and automating the logic of the queue system for services;
  • Employee service performance measurement system;
  • Automating the service schedule of employees;
  • Current service status monitoring module for management;
