Develi OJSC is the largest marble-granite factory in the Caucasus. There are production facilities and warehouses in two regions of Baku, each with several hectares. Also, there are sales centers and showrooms in four regions of the city. All processes and procedures of the enterprise are fully automated by us.
The source codes of the system and all management platforms were written by us from scratch. When developing the system, no ready-made platforms and modules were used.
The functionality of the system is as follows:
The main modules of the system:
- Administrative panel – Fully functional management and monitoring capabilities have been created for the system administrator
- Sales – A sales account is created for each outlet and a cash register module is created. All sales points operate in live connection with central warehouses. At the same time, the customer base of each outlet is formed based on the outlet.
- CRM – A wide customer base, offered and sold, is formed in the system with all the customer’s information
- Cash register – the cash register of each point of sale is designed. Each seller has a mechanism for monitoring and receiving reports from his account.
- Warehouse – The warehouses located in two separate parts of the city on 5 hectares are fully automated. The volume of products is automatically converted into cubic meters, square meters, and meters and placed in warehouses.
- Production – marble production is fully automated.
- Reports – System reporting is multifunctional and tailored to specific requirements. Report forms for all areas have been established.
- The system is installed on the client’s internal servers and operates with web technology.
